Join the team behind LemonCito — one of Negros Oriental’s favorite all-natural juice concentrate brands! We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Associate to help us grow our market reach, drive customer engagement, and expand into new retail and distribution channels.

Responsibilities:

• Promote LemonCito products to retail stores, restaurants, hotels, and “pasalubong” centers
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline)
• Assist in organizing trade fairs, sampling events, and promotions
• Maintain relationships with existing clients while building new accounts
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Prepare regular sales reports and feedback to management

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Business, Marketing, or related course
• With at least 1 year of experience in sales or FMCG marketing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to travel and engage with partners across regions
• Self-driven, organized, and goal-oriented
