This past year, we had the delightful opportunity to participate in the Negros Oriental Food Expo (NOFEX) 2024, held in Dumaguete City. Organized in partnership with the Negros Oriental Food Producers Association, Inc. (NOFPAI), the event brought together over 26 exhibitors from the province, showcasing the rich and diverse culinary heritage of our region.
